Meet Caroline Grace Bustinza- born on December 29th, weighing a whopping 9 lbs 3 oz and measuring 20 3/4 inches long. Thank you to all who prayed for her safe delivery! Like her sister Lucy, Caroline will be a 5th generation missionary to Mexico.

Caroline’s most precious possession is a hand-me-down reindeer binkie named “Wub.” Her favorite past-times include napping in her swing and smiling at her grandparents.

We’re so thankful for the gift that Caroline is to our family! Caroline means “joy, song of happiness” and “strong woman,” which reminds us of Nehemiah 8:10 that says “the joy of the Lord is our strength.”

Lucy is pretty delighted to be a big sister and can’t wait to introduce Caroline to her chickens in Mexico and favorite chili-covered popsicles. Here’s a shot of Caroline posing for her recent passport picture… Oh, the places you’ll go baby!
